Can I share a session with a friend?
Yes, I offer shared or "buddy" training sessions where you can train with a friend while still benefiting from professional guidance and potentially saving money. Contact me to discuss prices.

Online Fitness Programs
Motivated to train and have access to the equipment or facilities you need, but not sure what to do, how to plan your training and need that accountability from someone to keep you on target. Utilising the latest online training software, I can deliver a programme straight to your phone via the industry leading Training Peaks software.
Weekly training schedules and nutrition targets will be delivered ahead of time so you know exactly what you need to do and when. Exercise descriptions and technique videos will be supplied, plus you will have contact with me 7 days a week via WhatsApp for questions and support.

What will I get with an online program?
Customised workout plans: As your coach I will create a program tailored to your specific goals, fitness level, and available equipment.
Form and technique feedback: You can send me videos of your workouts for feedback on form and technique.
Accountability and motivation: Regular check-ins and support from me will keep you motivated and on track.
Choosing the right plan for you.
When developing your programe it will be as individual as you are. Depending on your goal this could be a plan that you follow daily or one that you pick up a few days a week. The plan can help you train for your first 5k run to having a regular strength training routine. Each client is individual and your plan will be too.

A standard 1:1 session is 45 minutes but I'm happy to tailor this to meet your individual needs. Also each session will take into account your mobility so we can work at your own speed.
